Author Information

Daniel Petre has a very high profile in the Australian media. After leaving Turramurra High School in Sydney he worked to become one of the brightest and successful executives of the new digital age. At Microsoft in the 1980s he was part of Bill Gates' inner sanctum eventually heading up the Australian company and then on to Kerry Packer's PBL in the 90's where he successfully steered the media businesses into the online age through ecorp. He had enormous media exposure with the bestselling book FATHERTIME (Macmillan 1998) and his new book WHAT MATTERS will do so again.
