In addition to our Australian imprints, we are proud to represent many of the Macmillan Group’s international imprints in Australia. We also handle ANZ sales for Guinness World Records, who publish the bestselling copyrighted title of all time.

Macmillan began publishing in Australia in 1904. It’s the hardback and trade paperback imprint of Pan Macmillan Australia and publishes major Australian and international authors in fiction and non-fiction, including biography and memoir, health, sport, history and current affairs, plus children’s books.

Pan is the paperback imprint of Pan Macmillan Australia, which publishes a broad list of popular fiction and non-fiction; many of its bestselling authors are published in trade paperback under the Macmillan imprint first. Pan is the predominant imprint of our highly successful children’s list.

Picador Australia publishes outstanding writing from prize-winning authors and exciting new voices. Picador is the destination for the best in contemporary literary fiction and non-fiction.

Plum is our illustrated lifestyle imprint, home to Australia’s most original and exciting books and authors on food, gardening, travel and home. Plum books are bold, well-crafted, beautiful and inspiring.

Momentum is our digital only imprint. Launched in early 2012, Momentum publishes a vibrant list of new works from established and emerging authors, as well as partnering with agents and individual copyright holders to digitally republish titles that are unavailable in print.

The Macquarie Dictionary was first published in print in 1981 and has been online since 2003. Its reputation has gone from strength to strength and it is now nationally and internationally regarded as the standard reference on Australian English.
