As all ebook and audiobook purchases made directly on the Pan Macmillan Australia website are fulfilled by Glassboxx, before purchasing we recommend checking if your device is compatible with the Glassboxx app or browser.
The devices that are compatible are:
- iOS (Apple devices) – Glassboxx app or browser for ebooks and audio
- Android (Google devices) – Glassboxx app or browser for ebooks and audio
- Kindle (Amazon Kindle devices) – Glassboxx browser only for ebooks only
- PC (Windows) – Glassboxx app or browser for ebooks and audio
The devices that are incompatible are:
- Kobo (Kobo e-reader devices)
Compatible operating systems
The Glassboxx app may experience technical difficulties with operating systems that are no longer supported by the manufacturer. If you experience a 009 error code when downloading a book please update your operating system to the latest version of your iOS or Android system.
