Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton’s THE 78-STOREY TREEHOUSE has been awarded the 2017 BILBY Award for Younger Readers.
A big HOORAH to both Andy and Terry, they certainly deserve it!
The BILBY Awards are the Children’s Choice Awards organised by The Children’s Book Council of Australia (Queensland Branch).
About The BILBY Awards: “Each year throughout Queensland hundreds of children select their favourite book and nominate it for the BILBY Awards. It is a wonderful opportunity for young people to exercise their voice, to have a say about what they read. This is their very own book award.”
You can read the newest book: The 91-Storey Treehouse, and all of the previous stories (or should we say storeys?!): The 78-Storey Treehouse, The 65-Storey Treehouse, The 53-Storey Treehouse, The 39-Storey Treehouse, The 26-Storey Treehouse and the one that started it all, The 13-Storey Treehouse.
