Author Information

Marcus Rashford MBE is Manchester United's iconic number 10 and an England International footballer.

During the lockdown imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Marcus teamed up with the food distribution charity FareShare to cover the free school meal deficit for vulnerable children across the UK, raising in excess of 20 million pounds. Marcus successfully lobbied the British Government to u-turn policy around the free food voucher program – a campaign that has been deemed the quickest turnaround of Government policy in the history of British politics – so that 1.3 million vulnerable children continued to have access to food supplies whilst schools were closed during the pandemic.

In response to Marcus's End Child Food Poverty campaign, the British Government committed £400 million to support vulnerable children across the UK, supporting 1.7 million children for the next 12 months.

In October 2020, he was appointed MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours. Marcus has committed himself to combating child poverty in the UK and his book You Are a Champion is an inspiring guide for children about reaching their full potential.

Isaac Hamilton-McKenzie is a North-West Londoner who first began writing after graduating in 2018, and developing a passion for all things storytelling. He has co-written three books for the children's fantasy series, Future Hero and The Breakfast Club Adventures: The Headless Ghost. When not writing or reading, he loves sports (basketball and football), films (anything with Denzel), and music (mainly Hip-Hop!).

Marta Kissi studied BA Illustration & Animation at Kingston University and MA Visual Communication at the Royal College of Art. Her favourite part of being an illustrator is bringing stories to life by designing charming characters and the wonderful worlds they live in. She shares a studio with her husband James.

INTRODUCTION:

GRANT OF RIGHTS

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF VISUAL CONTENT
- The Licensee may not:
  - use Content other than as expressly provided by the licence with respect to the Content.
  - portray any person depicted in the Content in a way that a reasonable person would find offensive, including but not limited to depicting the person:
    - in connection with pornography, “adult videos”, adult entertainment venues, escort services, dating services, or the like;
    - in connection with the advertisement or promotion of tobacco products;
    - in a political context, such as the promotion, advertisement or endorsement of any party, candidate, or elected official, or in connection with any political policy or viewpoint;
    - as suffering from, or medicating for, a physical or mental ailment; or
    - engaging in immoral or criminal activities;
  - use any Content in a pornographic, defamatory, or deceptive context, or in a manner that could be considered libellous, obscene, or illegal;
  - modify Content in a manner that changes the context of what is depicted;
  - use Content for commercial purposes, including for reference, in any advertising, merchandise or other non-editorial contexts;
  - use Content in a manner that infringes upon any third party’s trademark or other intellectual property, or would give rise to a claim of deceptive advertising or unfair competition;
  - use any Content (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or as part thereof;
  - falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that any Content was created by you or a person other than the copyright holder(s) of that Content.

WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITIES
- The Licensee releases the Company, its assignees and licensees from and against all claims that may arise from its use of the Content. The Licensee agrees to indemnify the Company for all costs and expenses that the Company incurs in the event that you breach any of the terms of this or any other agreement with the Company.
