Leadership is as complicated as it is wonderful, and in a rapidly changing technological and organisational landscape, leading intelligently takes a lot more than it once did. No one knows this better than Caroline Webb - former McKinsey partner and one of the world's foremost leadership coaches.
In Leadership Intelligence, she distills three decades of coaching experience into an actionable blueprint to tackle twenty-one challenges that all modern leaders face. Webb's advice is practical, comprehensive and grounded in the latest insights from neuroscience, psychology and behavioural economics. Each dilemma is brought to life with an example from a top real-world leader.
Master the three domains - deliberate wisdom, intrinsic inspiration and reasoned resilience - that are key to modern leadership, and become a leader who not only raises their game but lifts everyone else up with them.
