A story bursting with fun, footy, family and friends from NRL superstar and Dally M Medal winner James Tedesco.
FOR ALL KINDS OF KIDS WHO DREAM BIG!
Great news: Teddy has a new team - Camden Rams Blue.
Not-so-great news: they still need more players. The game against their arch rivals Camden Red is looming so they need to find new players fast.
But how? Where?
Just as well Teddy and the team have some good (an no-so-good) ideas ...
Perfect for fans of David Warner's The Kaboom Kid!, Tim Cahill's Tiny Timmy and Anh Do's Weirdo series.
Author Information
James Tedesco (born 8 January 1993), nicknamed Teddy, is a professional rugby league footballer who plays as a fullback for the Sydney Roosters in the NRL. He is a Dally M winner; a NSW State of Origin back-to-back winner; and a back-to-back NRL grand-final winner. He has played for Italy and Australia at international level.
James was born in the northern Sydney suburb of Ryde, New South Wales. He was raised on a 100-hectare property in Menangle in Sydney's south west, complete with its own football field with goal posts. He played his junior football with the Camden Rams. His father said of his early years: 'James couldn't even make the junior rep squad for Wests when he was 14, and from then on he's always sort of scraped in. But once he's made those teams, he's gone on to finish as the best player.'
James completed his PE Teacher degree at the Strathfield campus of the Australian Catholic University in 2016.
