Gerald Stone is one of Australia's best known journalists: an award-winning reporter, founding producer of Nine Network's 60 Minutes and former editor-in-chief of the Bulletin magazine. American-born, he has lived in Sydney since 1962. His previous books include 1932, War Without Honour, Compulsive Viewing and Singo: Mates, Wives, Triumphs, Disasters.
