Mihaela Metaxa-Albu worked as a pastry chef at Zuma, one of London’s most notorious Japanese restaurants. She studied Culinary Arts at Southgate College. Mihaela owns and operates Blondelish, a blog showcasing healthy recipes and professional food photography. Mihaela lives in London.
